Well, week two is over and I weighed in one pound over my weekly goal! =+\ I was hoping to lose 4 pounds this week but only lost three...but at least it is still less than I weighed this time
Last week! =+) my total weight lost is now up to 9 pounds! Here's to hoping I don't gain it all back over thanksgiving! =+)

1 week down, A life time to go!
Well, week one of the diet has passed, today is weigh in day! I got up and went to the scale and let me tell you...those few seconds when the scale was calibrating my weight seemed to last for minutes! The results....I'm down 6 pounds!!!! I am now 204! I was so afraid that I wouldn't have lost any! Now that I've seen results and so quickly....I'm even more determined to make this

Here is me the first couple days of the diet...I took them myself so they aren't the best, but they'll work....hopefully next months will look better! =+) on a brighter note: My first night shift since starting this diet is almost over and I'm still user on my points!! Woohoo!

Day #1
Well, today went fairly well! I managed to end the day with 1 point left over! =+D it was hard, but the first day is over....now I get to start focusing on getting through tomorrow! I REALLY want to make this stick this time and I really want to start feeling attractive again so I'm determined to make this work! So..what did I have?
I had a smart choice English breakfast muffin, a chicken salad sandwich from Chick Fil A and then I made bubble up chicken enchiladas for dinner! Then to top it all off, I made up a recipe of my own that needs some perfecting but once it's perfected will be out of this world! I made chocolate chip cheesecake mousse! It was quite yummy and so worth 7 of my last 8 points for the day! =+) I
Have to work tomorrow night so that is going to be very hard for me to stay on the diet! Hopefully I'll be able to do it!! Anyways, time to catch up

The First Day of The Rest of My Life
Well, Today is the day I start actively trying to lose some weight and get healthy. I've been making excuses as to why I can't lose weight and get back to looking and feeling great, and I've decided (with the help of a couple awesome co-workers) that I just need to "be a shark" as Steven would say and stick to a plan! So three of us as at work are going to be weighing in every week and holding each other accountable. My goal is to lose a total of 65 pounds! I went back and forth whether I was going to post my weight and put pictures up.....I've decided that if I really want to lose the weight and I really want to stick with this I probably should post my stats so that I have numbers and pictures staring at me and everyone else who happens to stumble upon this blog! So only one rule: there is to be no judging by anyone on this blog! What happens on this blog, stays on this blog! So... Here goes everything:
